Registration
For Federal Users
The three simple steps to register and use a Telework Center:
- Contact your Agency Telework Coordinator for any agency-specific guidelines.
- Contact the Telework Center Director to determine availability and obtain specific information about the Telework Center you select.
- Register through TOLBS- Telework Online Billing System.
To register in TOLBS, follow these procedures:
- Go to TOLBS and click on sign-up. Create your own password. Fill out the form and submit for approval.
- Ask your supervisor to go into TOLBS and approve your registration.
- Ask your Telework Coordinator to complete your registration in TOLBS.
- Finally, ask your Funds Certifier to confirm in TOLBS that your agency will pay GSA for your telework center use.
- At this point the Telework Center Director will contact you to arrange a time to get started at the Center.
For Non-Federal Users
Enter the TOLBS website and click on ‘private sector’ to begin registration. Private sector participants must register in TOLBS and pay monthly by check payable to the General Services Administration. Checks should be mailed to CITIBANK – PBS 192X, P.O. Box 894201, Los Angeles, CA 90189-4201. Contact your Telework Center director if you have questions concerning your registration.

MODIFYING OR TERMINATING USAGE:
To increase or decrease your number of days to use the Telework Center, login to TOLBS and make your changes. Follow Steps 2 through 4 above.
If you plan to stop using the Telework Center, login to TOLBS and terminate your registration otherwise your agency will continue to be billed by GSA.
